Parkstone, Dorset, April 10, 1899.

     Dear Mrs. Dawson.--I send you a small contribution towards the Van, which is the best way of showing my appreciation of the services it renders to the cause of Socialism.

    I consider it next to the Clarion itself as a great educator of the people.--Yours very faithfully,
