Concerning An Anti-war Manifesto

Editor Charles H. Smith's Note: A brief note including Wallace’s comment on an anti-war manifesto. Printed on page 5 of the 19 February 1900 issue of Justice: The Organ of the Social Democracy (London). Wallace’s comment followed by words from the paper's editor: "The first edition of the S.D.F. manifesto on the War in South Africa is now exhausted. We want to print another quarter of a million."
