  • Research: Organizational Justice in Disciplinary Decisions in Team Settings, Factors Impacting Jury Decisions in Sexual Harassment Cases, Role Clarity in Dynamic Team Settings, EEO Court Decisions, Realistic Job Previews in Law Enforcement Occupations
  • Consulting:  Developing Role Clarity in NCAA Teams, Serving as an Expert Witness in Gender Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Cases, Test Validation, Behavioral Safety Programs, Team Building, Performance Management Systems
  • Director, Industrial/Organizational Psychology Graduate Program:  Our program emphasizes applied skills in job analyses, test validation, criterion development, EEO issues, and training development and evaluation.
