How did you feel after this trial?
If the statements in the pop-up box truly functioned as a positive punisher for you, you might feel unpleasant in some way and your behavior of clicking would have decreased in some way--perhaps you clicked more tentatively or softer. Or maybe it punished impulsive responding so you perhaps took longer or hesitated. I can't say how your behavior changed because punishers don't teach people what to do, they only teach what to not do. (And this was only 6 choices, maybe not enough to see a change.)
