Congratulations. Take a deep breath. You have reached the
top of the mountain. What a breathtaking view! Let's reflect
on what you have learned through this quest on Mt. Everest. First,
you studied the formation of the world's tallest mountain. Then,
you researched the elements that can be found on Mt. Everest, and you used
the periodic table to write the symbols for each element. Next, you
were introduced to Sherpas and completed a venn diagram, in which you showed
comparisons and contrasts of the Sherpas and the English. Finally,
you wrote a feature article on a local hero. You have accomplished
a great deal of work!!
Remember to submit your work to the teacher for a grade, unless otherwise
directed. Do you have any questions about Mt. Everest? Perhaps the
following website will help answer any additional questions: Mt.
