Position Description

John Gottfried has been a member of the Department of Library Public Services faculty since August 2010. As Business Librarian, he is responsible for:

• Electronic and print searches for the Gordon Ford College of Business
• Research instruction for the College of Business
• Collection development for the College of Business
• New course development proposal bibliography oversight for the College of Business
• Providing reference and research assistance

Research

Research Interests:

• Librarianship, Web site assessment, access to business resources online, use and perceptions of library physical space, online reference methods and effectiveness, effectiveness and perception of information literacy and library skills instruction.
