We got the basic idea from Chris Galdieri's Scratchbuilder's column.

I'll be adding a few other heroes to my to-do list thanks to this guy.  He was originally made to fill a major gap in our Green Lantern Corps.  But since he's been finished, I've decided that we're now too close to having the Silver Age JLA members I want, so it looks like I'm now doing a Silver Age JLA.
