Requirements for Lab
Reports
- Each lab report should include at least three figures.
- Each lab report should include at least three tables.
- Each lab report should incorporate at least two interpretive
models.
- Follow the stylistic format for the existing sections of the site
report. This includes:
- format of headings.
- numbering of figures.
- numbering of tables.
- Text should be single spaced with an extra line between
paragraphs and
headings.
- All paragraphs should be indented.
- Font size must be 10 or 12 point for all lab reports (be
consistent).
- Tables and figures must be interspersed into the text (on the
page
immediately
on or after the first reference to the table or figure). Follow the
guidelines
discussed in lecture and in the textbook for table and figure format.
- Type a separate cover page with your name, the report section,
the
date,
and the class number.
- Print with a high-quality printer and black ink.
- Use headings and subheadings as appropriate.
- Staple once in upper left corner.
- Late assignments will not be accepted.
