Working in Business as a Psychologist

Are you interested in working with personnel matters? in how people adjust to the work environment? in how people function in organizations? Then you might be interested in becoming an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist.

Develop your quantitative and measurement skills.
Identify programs using the APA's "Guide to Graduate Study in Psychology."
You might choose to attend either a Master's program, such as WKU's industrial/organizational program (http://edtech.wku.edu/~psych/areas/io/), or a doctorate program.
The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (http://www.siop.org/) might be helpful.
