I'm feeling burned out with school.

Don't try to go to graduate school now. You will increase the odds of failure. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to wait for a year before applying. By then you will know if it is right for you.
If your distress is severe enough to interfere with work or pleasure then you may need to seek counseling.
