So What?
The well-executed project demonstrates:
  good use of descriptive adjectives applied to people;
  control of simple present tense, maybe some past tenses (passé composé & imparfait);
  construction of simple sentences;
  familiarity with French film shown exclusively during class;
  appreciation of an French cultural form of art;
  synthesis of language proficiencies practiced throughout first year sequence in French.
