    The Fashion Merchandising program is a comprehensive integration of the fashion industry. Coursework includes product development, merchandising, textile quality, historical, cultural and psychological aspects of dress.

     

     

     

  • Program Focus

    This inclusive discipline provides the background necessary to enter careers in textile and apparel-related businesses, to include product development, design, merchandising, retail management and visual merchandising and promotion. The Fashion Merchandising program is comprised of

    76 hours  in the major and 42 hours of course work in the  13 specific Colonnade  areas.  The student can select  several open electives to meet personal career goals.
