under-lying heat field and sea ice and their impacts on weather
forecast.
- Designed an algorithm to calculate geothermal information
below earth surface from soil temperature data.
- Surface energy budget and fluxes were studied using the
above algorithm over the Tibetan Plateau.
- Studied the relationship among earthquake, soil
temperature, precipitation and soil heat flux.
- The results from the analysis of torrential rain and
under-lying heat field were used in the forecast of rain locations.
