French 320 French Grammar & Composition |
F320 French Grammar and Composition is intended to provide students who wish to take advanced courses in French with a working knowledge of French grammar and sustained practice creating various French compositions. |
|
How to have grammar practiced and confirmed? |
How to carry out composition process? |
How to "correct" compositions? |
Can everyone learn, efficiently and without humiliation, from one another's mistakes? |
|
If grammar practice can be made a collective process, the benefits will be general.
Similarly, if compositions can become more public, then not only do individuals stand to profit, but, so too, does the class as a whole. |
Tools provided by simple technology: |
(1) Interactive exercises that provide immediate confirmation and / or feedback. |
(2) A composition scratch pad that provides useful writing help. |
(3) A public composition correction tool and process to generalize benefits. |
