Create a pipe

Remove all faces except for the top faces.

Go to Top view then align it to grids.

Click Snap to grids Go to Vetex mode then drag each vertax to the corners

Refine the alignment by draging vertices

Select Insert Edge Loop Tool > Double click on it to open Tool Settings > Under Maintain position click Equal distance from edge
