  • Create a rectangular cube (ocean) and a floater
  • Select the ocean > Modeling > Deform > Texture




  • Attribute editor > Texture Deformer > Texture: Click the checkerboard > Noise
  • noise > Time: =time | If using Ocean, Time = frame/24



  • Select both the ocean and the floater
  • Animation > Constrain > Geometry



  • Select vertices from the ocean then select the floater
  • Constrain > Point on Poly
