SUPERBOY

Superboy, like every other young animated hero, was made from a Crime Fighter Robin.  Thank goodness this base figure was re-released with the Creeper wave of Animated Batman figures. 

This one didn't take too long.  Chip dremelled down some of Robin's details before gluing on the rubber bands.  He was painted with acrylic paints.
