As
far as we're concerned, Lagoon Boy should already be a member of Young
Justice.
'Nuff said.
The most
difficult part of this custom was making the fins, a task I gave
to Chip. We discovered that they stuck to the figure much better
if we cut slits in his body to insert them into.
