Conference Background
 

The annual Kentucky Heritage Council Archaeological Conference provides an opportunity for those interested in archaeology to present and hear papers about current archaeological research in the Commonwealth. Twenty-minute papers are presented by professional archaeologists, consulting archaeologists, archaeology students, and avocational archaeologists. Topics in historical and prehistoric archaeology range from site reports to artifact analysis to application of archaeological methods and techniques.
 


Conference Registration
 

The 17th Annual Kentucky Heritage Council Archaeological Conference will be held in Room 103 of the Garrett Conference Center, Western Kentucky University. Registration for the conference will be on Saturday, February 26 at 8:30 am outside Garrett 103. The registration fee is $10.00.
