- Assessment ● Roll Perception + Usury (difficulty 6) with each success more accurately determining target's Stamina, Health, or Corpus.
- Deathsight
- Diagnostic Scan ● Roll Perception + Technology (difficulty 4 to 8, depending up on complexity). Success means the wraith has isolated the problem, and perhaps obtained a helpful idea or two on how to repair the item.
- Discern Weakness ● Roll Perception + Awareness (difficulty varies) and add one die per success to dice pool to physically damage object.
- Sense Health ● Roll Perception + Medicine (difficulty 4 to 8, depending on ailment) and reveal basic ailments, disease, disabilities, and handicaps. It should be noted that unless the wraith has significant, up-to-date knowledge of medicine, it will be difficult to distinguish between similar illnesses. This power is intended to give an indication of general health, not to provide automatic state-of-the-art diagnoses.
- Detect Possession ● Roll Perception + Puppetry (difficulty 7 detects possession, difficulty 9 recognizes if target is a Consort).
- Intimation 1The Gleaming ● Spend one Pathos and roll Manipulation + Intimation (difficulty 7) to make an object appealing for 5 minutes per success. Anyone near the ensorcelled object must make a Willpower roll (difficulty 7) or feel a desire to possess it.
- Intimation 2Quash ● Spend two Pathos and roll Manipulation + Intimation with difficulty subject's Willpower. Number of successed determines how deep a need can be utterly removed from the psyche.
- Intimation 3Deep Desiring ● Spend two Pathos and roll Perception + Intimation (difficulty 8). The more successes, the more accurate a reading of the subjects deepest most true desires.
- Intimation 4The Craving ● Spend four Pathos (or two Pathos and two Willpower) and roll Manipulation + Intimation against a difficulty of the opponent's Willpower. The number of successes indicates how deep a new obsession or desire is implanted.
- Lifesight
- Passion Sense ● Single out a "wavelength" of life energy and attune self to a particular Passion or emotion in others. When another wraith passes near a mortal with a similar emotion the mortal's aura clings ever so slightly. In this way, the wraith can uncover information on another wraith's Passions. Only a single emotion can be focused on at one time. This is a very difficult feat, requiring excellent timing and a high degree of sensitivity. Roll Perception + Awareness (difficulty 9).
- Sense Sentiment ● When two individuals become aware of each other in the Skinlands there is a momentary flare in the life energy surrounding them that a vigilant wraith can interpret. This gives a brief but piercing insight into the true feeling help by each of the subjects for the other. Roll Perception + Empathy (difficulty 9).
- Spirit Sense ● The wraith can vaguely detect the presence of Umbral entities, such as Garou, spirits, and Banes with a roll of Perception + Occult (difficulty equal to the local Shroud + 2, but no greater than 10). It should be noted that this requires concentration, and therefore is not something that someone completely ignorant of werewolf cosmology would "accidentally" notice.
- Lifeweb 1Sense Strand ● Roll Perception + Lifeweb (difficulty 8) to study another wraith. Each success reveals a clue about a Fetter belonging to subject (subject rolls Perception + Subterfuge to notice and make Willpower roll to resist). To study a possible Fetter, roll Perception + Lifeweb (difficulty 6). To trace a Fetter's connection in either direction, roll Intelligence + Lifeweb (difficulty 6). The number of successes determines how accurately gauging distance and direction. A Fetter may be examined once per day.
- Lifeweb 2Web Presence ● Affect your Fetter's immediate area from a distance. May use Arcanoi, communicate with wraiths present, or make roll involving Mental or Social attributes. Roll Charisma + Lifeweb (difficulty 8) and spend 1 Pathos per turn.
- Locate Fetter ● Roll Perception + Lifeweb (difficulty 6). Each success allows use of one die from Perception + Alertness pool to survey your Fetter's area. Roll Intelligence + Lifeweb to get general estimate of distance and direction to your Fetter.
- Puppetry 1Skinride ● (Unusable in Risen form) Roll Dexterity + Puppetry (difficulty subject's Willpower), number of successes determine how many successes required for another to supplant your possession.
- Self-Intimation ● Make contested Manipulation + Intimation to counter another's Intimation attempt.
- Sharpened Senses ● Wraiths have extraordinary sensitivity to sensory input. Hearing whispers and reading the fine print present no problems. This can be handy for reading licence plate numbers, eavesdropping on secretive conversations and detecting the first whiff of gasoline as an arsonist starts to employ his tools on a Haunt. Bright lights, loud noises and other excessive stimuli can be extraordinarily uncomfortable for Restless, dazzling, stunning or even hurting them.
- Hidden Sight ● Hidden Sight can reveal supernaturally hidden beings (those using Obfuscate, Blur of the Milky Eye, Enshroud and similar powers). Expend a point of Pathos and roll Perception + awareness (difficulty determined by the Storyteller). Note any limitations stated in the description of the power being used to hide the target (i.e. Obfuscate) must be taken into account when determining difficulty.
- Twinge ● Roll Perception + Intimation (difficulty 7) to learn target's most current want or desire.
- Usury 1Transfer ● Roll Manipulation + Usury. If donating Pathos, difficulty is client's current Pathos score. If stealing Pathos, difficulty is target's Willpower. The number of successes equals amount of Pathos transfered. Stealing grants one temporary Angst.
- Usury 2Charitable Trust ● Heal mortal or wraith with your own Corpus. Roll Stamina + Usury (difficulty target's current Corpus or Health). Transfer one Corpus level for each success. Costs 1 Pathos per use.
- Usury 3Early Withdrawal ● In contact with prey, roll Manipulate + Usury (difficulty victim's Willpower). Each success steals a Health or Corpus Level. This art gives the Usurer a temporary Angst point.
- Usury 4Exchange Rate ● Convert Corpus Levels to Pathos, either own or those gained through Early Withdrawal. Spend one Pathos and roll Intelligence + Usury (difficulty 6), each succcess converts one Corpus Level to Pathos.
