William "Hellbilly" Hoost is a former police officer who spent a few years fighting in various underground mixed martial arts events. He was moderately successful but preferred more violent action. He was recruited by Operation: Blood Cell as a hand-to-hand combat expert and has since proven himself a valuable member who keeps his cool under pressure. He is a bit of a redneck and speaks with a thick country drawl. However, his fighting abilities allow him to give his enemies hell, hence his nickname.
