However, years of service with Dallas SWAT has given her combat skills that are hard to rival. Her marksmanship is impressive, and she can move in nearly utter silence. She gets her nickname from her stealth, and because a whisper in the ear from Rosa and her SMG is the last thing you'll ever hear.
Rosa is a very competive woman, believing anything a male can do, she can do better. She developed a tough exterior and prefers sarcasim and biting wit. However, to those she considers allies, she is intensely loyal.
