Armor Expert (Ex) When you wear armor of any sort, reduce that suit's armor check penalty by 1, to a minimum check penalty of 0.
Bleeding Attack (Ex) Cause living opponents to bleed by hitting them with a sneak attack. This causes the target to take 1 additional point of damage each round for each die of sneak attack (e.g., 4d6 equals 4 points of bleed). Bleeding creatures take that amount of damage every round at the start of each of their turns. The bleeding can be stopped by a DC 15 Heal check or the application of any effect that heals hit point damage. Bleeding damage from this ability does not stack with itself. Bleeding damage bypasses any damage reduction the creature might possess.
Channel Destruction (Su) Any weapon a graveknight wields seethes with cold energy and deals additional damage.
Devastating Blast (Su) As standard action, 3/day, unleash 30-foot cone of cold with Reflex for half damage.
Evasion (Ex) Avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If you make a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if wearing light armor or no armor. When helpless you do not gain the benefit of evasion.
Fast Stealth (Ex) Move at full speed using the Stealth skill without penalty.
Fleet (Ex) While you are wearing light or no armor, your base speed increases by 5 feet. You lose the benefits of this feat if you carry a medium or heavy load.
Opportunist (Ex) Once per round, make an attack of opportunity against an opponent who has just been struck for damage in melee by another character. This attack counts as an attack of opportunity for that round. Even the Combat Reflexes feat can't use the opportunist ability more than once per round.
Phantom Mount (Su) As standard action, 1/hour, summon a phantom steed (CL equal to HD) that can carry you and one other rider.
Quarry (Ex) As standard action, designate one target within line of sight as quarry. Against quarry, can take 10 on Survival checks while moving at normal speed, gain +2 insight bonus on attack rolls, and all critical threats automatically confirm. Only 1 quarry at a time. If quarry dies, may select another after 1 hour passes. If quarry is alive, may drop quarry as free action but must wait 24 hours to designate another.
Rejuvenation (Su) If armor is not destroyed, one day after a graveknight is destroyed, rejuvenate in 1d10 days and awaken fully healed.
Rogue Crawl (Ex) While prone, move at half speed. This movement provokes attacks of opportunity as normal. You can take a 5-foot step while crawling.
Sacrilegious Aura (Su) As doubled descrate spell (+6 DC to resist negative energy, +2 profane bonus attack rolls, damage, and saving throws for undead, +2 hp/HD to created or summoned undead, animate dead creates 4 HD/level). These affect graveknight constantly and are already factored into statistics. Any use of positive energy (channel positive energy, lay on hands, or healing subtype spells) require concentration check or lose the spell or effect.
Slayer's Advance (Ex) Move up to twice base speed as a move action. My use Stealth but take a -10 penalty to the check.
Sneak Attack (Ex) Deal extra damage anytime your target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when you flank your target. This extra damage is not multiplied on a critical hit. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage, you can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. You cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty. You cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
Stalker (Ex) Gains studied target bonus on Disguise, Intimidate, and Stealth checks against studied opponent.
Studied Target (Ex) Study one target to gain a bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive, and Survival skills as well as weapon attack and weapon damage rolls. The DCs of slayer class abilities against this target increase by the same bonus. If a slayer deals sneak attack damage to a target, he can study the target as an immediate action and receive the bonus on damage against the target on that attack. The effect remains until the opponent is dead or the slayer studies a new target. The slayer may discard this connection as a free action, allowing him to study another target in its place.
Swift Tracker (Ex) Move at normal speed while using Survival to follow tracks without taking the normal –5 penalty. When moving at up to twice normal speed while tracking, take only a –10 penalty instead of the normal –20.
Trap Sense (Ex) Gain bonus to Reflex saves to avoid traps and dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps.
Trapfinding (Ex) Add bonus to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). Can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.
Woodland Stride (Ex) Move through any undergrowth (natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain) at normal speed without taking damage or suffering any other impairment. Terrain that is enchanted or magically manipulated to impede motion still affects you normally.

History Left an orphan as a young boy by a rampaging pack of orcs raiding out of the Hold of Belkzen, Thrain was discovered by a band of human mercenaries amidst the burning ruins of his family's wagons. The group took the boy in, and he prepared meals, polished weapons, and washed clothing. In exchange they fed the lad and taught him to fight. The young dwarf admired the speed and agility of his human companions and pushed himself constantly to be fast and nimble; for a dwarf, he was quite successful. The mercenaries taught Thrain to be observant and locate the weakness of his enemies. They constantly drilled into his mind the importance of landing a few well-placed, but lethal, blows instead of mindless brawling.
Thrain learned his lessons well, and he earned a small fortune selling his combat talents to the highest bidder. He has fought in wars, served as guardian or bodyguard, and even taken a few assassination contracts against bandit kings and other miscreants. He has been battered and broken yet always drags himself out of the battlefield to fight another day. He is a veteran with nearly 40 years of combat experience. He knows exactly where to place a shot to cause his foe to bleed uncontrollably or die outright. His deadly skill and magical frosty pick have earned him the nickname "The Cold Hand of Death."
