Combat Expertise (Ex) Take -2When your BAB reaches +4, and every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increases by -1 and the dodge bonus increases by +1. penalty on all melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain +2When your BAB reaches +4, and every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increases by -1 and the dodge bonus increases by +1. dodge bonus to Armor Class. Combat Reflexes (Ex) You may make a number of additional attacks of opportunity per round equal to your Dexterity bonus. With this feat, you may also make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed.

Improved Disarm (Ex) You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a disarm combat maneuver.

Improved Trip (Ex) You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a trip combat maneuver.

Improved Unarmed Strike (Ex) You are considered to be armed even when unarmed—you do not provoke attacks of opportunity when you attack foes while unarmed. Your unarmed strikes can deal lethal or nonlethal damage, at your choice.

Ki Pool (Su) As long as you have at least 1 ki point, unarmed strikes are considered magic for overcoming damage reduction. As swift action, spend 1 ki pool point to make an additional attack at highest attack bonus when using flurry of blows, or increase speed by 20 ft. for 1 round, or give self +4 dodge bonus to AC for 1 round. Ki pool replished each morning following 8 hours of rest.

High Jump (Ex) Always counts as having a running start when making jump checks using Acrobatics. By spending 1 point from your ki pool as a swift action, gain +20 bonus on Acrobatics checks made to jump for 1 round.

Silent Hunter (Ex) Reduce the penalty for using Stealth while moving by 5 and can make Stealth checks while running at a -20 penalty (this number includes the penalty reduction from this racial trait).

Stunning Fist (Ex) Declare you are using this feat before you make your attack roll (thus, a failed attack roll ruins the attempt). Stunning Fist forces a foe damaged by your unarmed attack to make a Fortitude saving throw, in addition to dealing damage normally. A defender who fails this saving throw is stunned for 1 round (until just before your next turn). A stunned character drops everything held, can't take actions, loses any Dexterity bonus to AC, and takes a -2 penalty to AC. You may attempt Stunning Fist no more than once per round. Constructs, oozes, plants, undead, incorporeal creatures, and creatures immune to critical hits cannot be stunned.

Style Feats (Ex) As swift action, enter style stance. Cannot use stance before combat but persists until swift action ends stance or combat concludes. As swift action, swift stances if multiple known.

Panther Style (Ex) While using this style, when an opponent makes an attack of opportunity against you for moving through a threatened square, you can spend a swift action to make a retaliatory unarmed strike attack against that opponent. Your attack is resolved after the triggering attack of opportunity.

Weapon Finesse (Ex) With a light weapon, rapier, whip, spiked chain, or natural attack with a weapon of the proper size, use your Dex modifier instead of Str for attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls.

Wholeness of Body (Su) As standard action, spend 2 ki points to heal self hit points equal to monk class level.

History Caerwen breaks many stereotypes. He is an elf but has grown up in human lands. He remembers the day Aroden died and has been particularly impressed with how Iomedae has taken in the fallen god's followers. Caerwen has spent many years traveling to various small monasteries to learn the martial arts and study the ways of Iomedae. He is lithe, fast, brilliant, and clever and would be very good at a variety of careers. However, he finds peace and clarity in the physical martial arts. His devotion to Iomedae is the same as that of a priest however, and he may take up the robes of the clergy one day as well. His intellect is sharp, and he is curious regarding magic. He has likewise considered taking up wizardry. His exact path is yet to be seen.
 
Caerwen has several siblings in Kyonin, but he is in self-imposed exile preferring to be involved in the world of man. He is driven to seek justice and honor, especially for those who cannot gain it for themselves. He greatly respects women and the elderly. The elven monk's skill with unarmed combat is staggering. He moves like lightning, dodging blows and seeming just a blur to his foes. He does not enjoy a fight, but once engaged, he will unleash a rain of blows that would rock most warriors. He uses his speed to land many strikes and move about the battlefield to keep his enemies off guard and scrambling.
