History Thoradin grew up in Baldur's Gate and spent his early years as a member of the Flaming Fist mercenary company where he obtained the rank of Captain. After several years of service, his enlistment ended, and he attempted to make an honest living in the city. Unfortunately, that seemed too difficult for Thoradin. He possesses the legendary dwarven greed for gold, and he just cannot seem to avoid getting wrapped up in various schemes, scams, and burglaries to obtain more. He is not a bad person, in fact he is resoundingly brave and loyal, but he just cannot seem to resist the urge to obtain wealth.
