This spell is an improved version of the 3rd level Hold Person spell, and it will affect the same type of creatures. The caster must choose a center point for the spell within range. All creatures to be affected must be within the effect radius. It will affect 1 HD per level of the caster. No matter how many creatures are affected, there are no saving throw modifications. If a creature is not completely affected (i.e. not enough HD left in the spell), it is Slowed for 3 rounds (if save fails, of course). The material component is a straight piece of iron and a piece of copper.
