WELCOME
We welcome your particpation and contribution to the Second World Congress on Nature and Biologically Inspired Computing (NaBIC2010) to be held at the Kitakyushu International Conference Center, Kitakyushu, Japan in December 15 - 17 (Wednesday - Friday), 2010.
NaBIC2010 is organized to provide a forum for researchers, engineers, and students from all over the world, discuss the state-of-the-art in computational intelligence, and address various issues on building up human friendly computers by learning from nature.
The conference theme is Nurturing Intelligent Computing Towards Advancement of Machine Intelligence. As we would like to establish this direction by our young NaBIC conference series, we decided to continue to use the same theme of the first NaBIC, NaBIC2009, and emphasize the direction as our message.
One of big NaBIC2010 features is a style of plenary talks. NaBIC2010 Emergent Technologies Committee surveys and decides emergent technologies in our conference scopes, and the top experts in the areas are invited as plenary speakers to give tutorial talks of the hot emergent technologies.
