Hello, my name is Leslie Norwood; I'm 28 years old and from rural western Tennessee. Professionally, I've been working in the IT industry for over 5 years now and currently am employed as a helpdesk technician at Dell in Nashville, TN. I hold the CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications. I'm a senior at WKU majoring in Computer Information Technology and am wrapping up my last couple of semesters of coursework before graduation.
