Related International Work

Dr. Davison has been involved with various international programs for 10 years. In addition to numerous presentations in the UK, she has been coordinator of the Orava Project (an extensive collaboration between University of Northern Iowa and Slovakia ministry of education); taught a graduate course in Ascuncion, Paraguay. She is a WKU representive to the COBEC organization that has supported collaborations for student teaching in Belize. In addition to international experiences, she has worked with the Bureau of Indian Affairs as a contract monitor for BIA schools around the United States. Her sense of cultural awareness and social justice impacts on her research and teaching to address needs of diverse populations.
