SPECIAL ABILITIES

Armor Mastery (Ex) Move your normal speed in medium armor made of metal. When wearing metal armor, reduce armor check penalty by 1 (min. 0) and increase maximum Dex bonus allowed by 1. At 10th level, and again at 15th, bonuses increase by 1.

Change Shape (Su) Three forms—human, dire wolf, and hybrid. Equipment does not meld with the new form between humanoid and hybrid form, but does between those forms and animal form. Can assume animal or hybrid form as full-round action by making DC 15 Con check, or humanoid form as full-round action by making DC 20 Con check. On nights when full moon is visible, gain +5 morale bonus to Con checks made to assume animal or hybrid form, but –5 penalty to Con checks made to assume humanoid form. Revert to humanoid form automatically with the next sunrise, or after 8 hours of rest, whichever comes first. A slain lycanthrope reverts to its humanoid form, although it remains dead.

Dance of the Blades (Ex) Gain +1 bonus on attacks with a metal weapon in any round in which you move at least 10 ft. Bonus increases by +1 at 11th level, and every 4 levels thereafter. At 11th level, as move action, maneuver your weapon to create a shield of whirling steel around yourself until the start of your next turn; non-incorporeal melee and ranged attacks against you have a 20% miss chance while shield is active. Must be wielding a metal weapon to use this ability.

Divine Interference (Ex) As immediate action, when an enemy within 30 ft. hits an ally with an attack, sacrifice a prepared divine spell or (if you are a spontaneous caster) an unused spell slot and make the enemy reroll the attack roll. The 2nd attack roll takes a penalty equal spell level you sacrifice. Must sacrifice a spell of 1st-level or higher to use this ability. Whether or not the 2nd attack is successful, you cannot use this effect on the same creature again for 1 day.

Iron Skin (Sp) Skin hardens and takes appearance of iron, granting DR 10/adamantine. This ability functions as stoneskin, using oracle level as the caster level, except it only affects you.

Lycanthropic Empathy (Ex) In animal or hybrid form, communicate and empathize with animals related to your animal form. Use Diplomacy to alter such an animal's attitude, and when so doing gain a +4 racial bonus on the check.

Mobility (Ex) Get +4 dodge bonus to AC against AoO caused when you move out of or within threatened area.

Oracle's Curse—Clouded Vision (Ex) You cannot see anything beyond 60 ft.

Spring Attack (Ex) As full-round action, move up to your speed and make a single melee attack without provoking AoO from target. Can move both before and after the attack, but you must move at least 10 ft. before the attack and the total distance you move cannot be greater than your speed. Cannot use to attack a foe adjacent to you at start of your turn.

Trip (Ex) In dire wolf or hybrid form, attempt trip as free action without provoking AoO if you hit with bite attack. If the attempt fails, you are not tripped in return.

History At birth, Dario's parents lamented his milk-white eyes presuming him blind. They soon learned he could see, albeit at a very close range. As he grew, they discovered he was both cursed and blessed by the gods. He could only see a few feet away, but within that range, he could see better than others. As he reached adulthood, he demonstrated an uncanny affinity with metal. With his touch, he seemed naturally able to conjure magic to repair broken objects or even increase the weight of weapons. Within a suit of armor, Dario seemed to come to life as if the steel were a missing layer of skin. He diligently learned the arts of war and mastered every weapon put into his hand, as long as it were made of metal.
 
Dario is a talented warrior and spellcaster. He moves gracefully across the battlefield wearing armor that would drag down a lesser man. His magic allows him to enhance his weapons and his own capabilities, making him a rival for any swordsman. Dario's limited vision has taught him to focus upon immediate threats and problems, and he methodically cuts through opponents one at a time.
 
His relationship with the gods is tenuous at best. He does not hold to any one deity's ideals rather venerating several deities of trade and metal, including Abadar (god of merchants), Gorum (god of battle and weapons), and Torag (god of the forge). Dario is not a member of the clergy and is often at odds with priests of these religions. He instead makes his own path, blending the ideals of all three faiths as he forges his own path with blade and courage.
