 Character Background: Olerin Deathmar was born on a small island in the Nelanther Isles. At a very young age, he was orphaned after a pirate raid on his village. Olerin learned how to survive on his own, honing his skills to better help him survive. Shunned by people because of his vampire bloodline, Olerin found himself constantly alone and bitter.
At 14, Olerin was befriended by a follower of Cyric. He decided to join the church and became a crusader for Cyric. Consumed with revenge on the people who shunned him, Olerin likes nothing better than to exact some degree of revenge anytime he feels like it.
By 16, Olerin decided it was time for him to set out and travel Faerun, spreading the word of Cyric, at the same time honing his skill as a rogue.
At 18, while in Berdusk, Olerin was involved in a bar fight, where he killed the mayor's son. Although it was accidental, Olerin enjoyed the sensation he received at the man's death.
Wanted for murder, Olerin traveled to Amn, where he enlisted in the local Assassins' Guild. After training in the ways of the assassin, Olerin takes pleasure in killing, whether for profit or for fun.
Stirred with the wantings of power, he is constantly looking for ways to improve his own standing, sometimes at any cost. Olerin has studied and believes he has found the way to ultimate power, but will even that be enough?
